Nathaniel Borukhov

Nathaniel Borukhov joined Legal Aid for All, Inc. in 2018 and has remained committed to its mission of helping individuals access meaningful legal assistance and support. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the City College of New York, where he distinguished himself through sustained leadership, service, and involvement across campus life. He currently serves as President of Chabad at CCNY, leading community programming, outreach, event planning, budgeting, volunteer coordination, and relationships with university and community partners. He has also held leadership roles with Alpha Epsilon Pi and the Inter-Greek Council and previously served as captain of his high school wrestling team. These experiences have shaped Nathaniel’s belief that leadership is ultimately about responsibility to others: listening closely, remaining dependable under pressure, and making sure people feel supported rather than overlooked. That same outlook guides his work with Legal Aid for All, where he understands that clients often reach out during difficult, uncertain, or deeply personal moments and deserve to be treated with patience, dignity, and genuine attention.

Nathaniel also brings professional legal experience from his work as a paralegal with Fox & Weiss, P.A., where he has assisted with client intake, legal research, case development, preparation and organization of legal documents, and support of attorneys handling sensitive matters. His background in psychology, legal work, research, and organizational leadership enables him to approach each matter with analytical care while remaining attentive to the individual circumstances and concerns of each client. Throughout his academic, professional, and community work, Nathaniel has built a record of taking on positions of trust and responsibility, whether leading organizations, working with confidential information, supporting clients, or helping coordinate complex projects. 

At Legal Aid for All, his goal is to ensure that each person who reaches out feels heard, respected, and confident that their concerns are being handled thoughtfully and professionally.
